She has also worked at PGIMER, Chandigarh, on strengthening comprehensive primary healthcare services through Ayushman Arogya Mandirs. Currently, she is involved in the implementation of adolescent health and cancer screening programmes in Himachal Pradesh.

He holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Population Studies from the International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai. She has worked with the National AIDS Control Organisation (MoHFW), Pallium India, REACH, and THSTI, designing community-based programs, training frontline workers and survivors, and managing clinical research data for WHO-supported trials. She has recently deepened her analytical expertise through a PGDip in Health Data Science at the University of Birmingham. He holds a Master's in Social Work form Amity University and has more than 10 years of experience in Strategic Planning & Management, Project Intervention, Social Awareness Campaigning, Communications, Advocacy & Networking, Public Relations, and Stakeholder Management in the public health and economic development sector. In the past, he has worked with organisations like Population Services International and Marie Stopes International.

Dr. Sonali Baghla is a dedicated public health professional with a background in dental surgery (BDS) and a Master of Public Health (MPH). With over six years of experience, she has worked extensively in program management, strategy development, and capacity building within the healthcare sector. Her expertise includes maternal and child health, rare diseases, and tuberculosis elimination programs, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and stakeholder collaboration. She is passionate about improving healthcare delivery systems and fostering innovation to address public health challenges effectively.

Dr. Sandeep Praharsha Thullimalli is a public health professional with experience in maternal and child health, infectious diseases, and geriatric care. He holds an MSc in Global Health from the University of Glasgow, UK, and an MBBS from Father Muller Medical College, India. Dr. Sandeep has worked across diverse regions, improving maternal and newborn health in Uttar Pradesh, enhancing tribal healthcare in Kalahandi, Odisha, and addressing urban health challenges in Delhi.

He has contributed to national public health programs like the Nurse Mentor Program, LaQshya, and DAMaN for malaria elimination. His skills include statistical modelling, program evaluation, capacity building, and operational research. Dedicated to equitable healthcare, he combines evidence-based strategies with community engagement to strengthen health systems and improve outcomes for underserved populations.

He is Assistant Director at MAMTA-HIMC and has over 17 years of experience in data analysis, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL). He has facilitated data-driven decision-making processes in renowned organizations such as JSI, IHAT, MPTAST, NHM, SIFPSA, GoMP, GoUP, and MoHFW. He has expertise in managing critical organizational portals, including HMIS, RCH Portal, UPHMIS, and FPLMIS; developing robust monitoring frameworks for programs.”

He has more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources. In the past, he has worked with MNC's and his experience lies in Human Resources Management and Admin Management. In addition, he has experience of organizing national and international events and liasoning with government officials. He has been actively involved in developing HR systems, modules and organisational structures and policies.

S/He is a trained Mental Health professional and holds a postgraduate degree in both Mass Communication and Psychology. S/He has more than 17 years of experience working in the Public Health Sector. His/her specializations include Mental Health, Gender, Sex & Sexuality, HIV/AIDs and Adolescent Reproductive and Sexual Health. In the past s/he has worked with several reputed organizations like MSF/Doctors Without Borders India, Handicap International, Children International Sahay and Family Planning Association of India. As a Regional Manager, s/he is the technical lead for all mental health projects at Mamta HIMC.

He is a postgraduate in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia and has extensive experience of more than 17 years in public health issues, especially in HIV and TB. He started his career with CARE India in Uttar Pradesh and worked in the technical support unit of NACO to support targeted interventions managed by Delhi SACS. He has also engaged with organisations such as DFID, KHPT, IMACS and PHFI. He has been associated with Mamta HIMC since 2011 and has handled multiple Global Fund projects on HIV and TB , currently  he is serving as Senior Assistant Director. He leads the TB portfolio of the institution.

An outcome-driven public health professional with a master’s degree in health management and a bachelor’s in dental surgery, with twelve years of experience. His career spans roles at UNICEF in Tripura, the National Health Mission, the Departments of Medical Education, Health & Family Welfare in Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat. With a focus on women empowerment, systems strengthening, climate change, and RMNCHA + outcomes, his expertise in project planning, monitoring, capacity building, and research has led to enhanced healthcare systems. Notably, his contributions during critical initiatives like the COVID-19 pandemic response earned recognition from esteemed authorities.

He is a communication specialist with an experience of over 25 years in the advertising and social sector with core areas of work in SBCC, Advocacy and Networking, Government liaison, Media, Print and design. An MBA in HR, he is a postgraduate in Journalism and Mass Communication and also in Sociology.

In the course of his career, he has worked with national, international agencies, the government of India and various state governments and the UN viz. VHAI, NACO, Unicef, BBC Media Action, NHM, TRIF, NRLM, MGNREGA etc.

He is a distinguished paediatric surgeon with an illustrious career spanning over four decades. An alumnus of AIIMS, New Delhi, he pioneered the Paediatric Surgical Service at UCMS and trained at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, UK. He led Paediatric Surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, initiating the DNB program, and currently chairs Paediatrics and Paediatric Surgery at Max Healthcare. He formerly served as Group Medical Director, overseeing medical quality across 12 hospitals. Dr. Krishna has held key academic and advisory roles including Fellow of NAMS, member of the Delhi University Academic Council, and advisor to ICMR. He has published 60+ scientific papers, edited Surgical Diseases in Tropical Countries, and contributed to leading paediatric texts. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to excellence in clinical care, education, and research.

Dr. Deepika Bahl is a Ph.D. in Public Health specialises in researches on adolescent health and the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). She is Assistant Director of Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation at MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child. Dr. Bahl brings in 14 years of evolving research experience and expertise in NCDs, nutrition, tobacco, alcohol, and non-mental health communicable diseases among adolescents. She has a keen interest in policy research, implementation research, rapid program review, and impact evaluation of programs addressing adolescent health issues and NCD prevention. She is adept in health system strengthening and the planning, implementation, and evaluation of behavioural change interventions in Indian context. She has authored over 35 peer-reviewed publications and has contributed as a visiting faculty for adolescent health at IIPH-Delhi and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.

She is an Sr. Assistant Director for Monitoring, Evaluation and Research. She has over a decade of experience in the development sector. She has a PhD in Public Health from Lund University (Sweden) and MSc. in International Health Management and Development from University of Birmingham (UK). She has expertise in conducting implementation research, evidence-building, monitoring & evaluation of programs, and interventions focusing on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Gender based violence, HIV among young and key populations using m-health, mental Health and child marriage in Africa (South Africa and Uganda) and Asia (India and Nepal). She is a lead quantitative researcher in a project on sexual violence among youth in India (funded by Physicians for Social Responsibility, Finland), improving mental wellbeing and resilience among adolescents and young married women within Government of India’s RMNCHA strategy with a corporate donor (SBI card and KPMG) and is providing technical assistance to WHO (Geneva) on the youth health situation of adolescents in Afghanistan. She also has significant number of scientific publications that she has authored and co-authored.

He is an Assistant Director at Mamta HIMC and leads the Himachal Pradesh state team. A public health specialist with a decade of experience in health management and public health. His expertise lies in maternal and child health, quality improvement, non-communicable diseases, adolescent health and system strengthening. Previously, he worked with the state government, central government, and international organizations. He is responsible for the development, implementation, liaisoning, and advocacy of MAMTA's programs. He is a member of the NCD expert committee and contributes to the guidelines for the prevention, surveillance and management of non-communicable diseases in primary and secondary health care. He is also a member of the World NCD Federation & IAPEN (Indian Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition).

He is working with Mamta since 2015 and is currently posted in Delhi head office as Regional Manager-Finance. He holds degree in M.B.A.(Fin) and M. Com and has more than 20 years of experience in his field of finance and accounts. He has rich experience in handling statutory compliances and liaising with financial institutions apart from managing Account Receivables and Payments relating to FCRA and Non FCRA books. Prior to joining MAMTA he had served in the Corporate Sector.

He has been working with MAMTA – Health Institute for Mother and Child as a Sr. Regional Manager at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh since 2008.

  He has done his Master’s degree in Social Sciences from Lucknow University in year 2000 and has an experience in programme / project Implementation, training and capacity building, development of training modules and IEC materials.

He has worked on Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health, RMNCHA, pre- conception care and system strengthening approach. He is a state trainer for Rashtriy Kishor Swasthy Karykram (NHM-RKSK) and School Health Programme under Ayushman Bharat as well.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Homoeopathy from IP University, Delhi and a Master’s degree in Public Health from IIPH, PHFI, Delhi. She works as a Regional Manager at MAMTA-HIMC in Research and Innovation and is responsible for developing research design and protocols, tools, and data analysis for multiple projects. With more than five years of experience in Research, she has contributed to project monitoring, management, and health training. She has successfully conducted qualitative studies at the community level and field staff. She has published research articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Heemanshu Aurora holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of Delhi and is a distinguished recipient of the DST-INSPIRE Fellowship during both her JRF and SRF tenure. She has contributed to government-funded research initiatives, including ICMR-supported projects, delivering evidence-based outputs grounded in strong methodological practices.

She has presented her work at numerous national and international conferences and has nine publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. Her academic and research journey reflects deep expertise in the social and behavioural aspects of public health.

Currently serving as a Regional Manager at Mamta, Dr. Aurora leads strategic planning, strengthens program compliance, and enhances systems to ensure high-quality implementation. She brings analytical depth, research-driven insight, and a solid grounding in public health programming to effectively guide and support program excellence.

He joined MAMTA in June 2007 as Sr. Programme Officer- Finance. At present he works as Regional Manager-Finance. He oversees payments to vendors and coordination with banks. He has completed a B.Com and has more than 20 years experience in accounts and bookkeeping.

With over 22 years of experience, Mr. Praveer Goyal is a dedicated public health professional and presently holds the position of Assistant Director - Operations at MAMTA Health Institute for Mother & Child, Jaipur. He has worked extensively on RMNCH+A, adolescent health, gender equity, WASH and menstrual hygiene management (MHM). He has been involved in shaping impactful policies and programs, as well as providing proposal writing and operational support to various projects.

A skilled trainer, he has conducted capacity-building sessions for Deputy Directors, Medical Officers, CDPOs, Lady Supervisors, Principals, Teachers, ANMs, LHVs, Peer Educators, PRI Members, and networking partners on life skills, SRH, MCH, and gender issues. His expertise has contributed to the development of FAQ booklets, training modules, and IEC-BCC materials for Women & Child Development, UN agencies, PRI, ICDS, and CSOs.

Over the years, he has worked with UNICEF, UNFPA, CAPART(GOI), CSR, CARE, and WCD. He currently leads Hindustan Zinc Limited’s MHV Operation Swasthya Seva and supports HG Foundation’s HG Arogyashala and the DBSI Program. As a Committed public health specialist, he continues to drive meaningful change for a healthier future.

She is a Regional Manager for the Nutrition Program at Mamta HIMC and is responsible for the implementation of nutrition projects across geographies. She has experience in program planning and implementation, linkage negotiation and documentation. Previously, she has engaged with Sr. stakeholders from Central and State Government Departments, international organizations, academic institutions and the large-scale food production industries. Prior to joining Mamta, she worked as Program Manager with KHPT on a Large Scale Edible Oil, Milk and Wheat Flour Fortification Project funded by Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) across 22 states of India. She holds a Ph.D. in Food Science and Nutrition and was involved in advance research in the field of food science. She was also a Junior and Sr. Research Fellowship from the University Grant Commission from 2014-2018 to pursue her doctorate. Her publications include 9 research papers, 2 books and 2 chapters in books.

She is Sr. Assistant Director at Mamta HIMC. She comes with a decade of experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights and has led varied networks and coalitions in the country. She has expertise in working on family planning, self-abortion, and population policy. She has conducted qualitative studies in Assam, Nagaland and Manipur on the ethics of Artificial Reproductive Technologies (ARTs) to highlight the impact of ARTs on women’s health and agency. She is currently engaged in various family planning programmes for young and low-parity couples in Uttar Pradesh. She has also implemented Rashtriya Kishore Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK) - the national adolescent health programme across five districts of Uttar Pradesh. She is engaged in designing interventions and programmes to reach out to the most marginalized groups through mobile-based interventions, which have been piloted and scaled to South-Asian countries like Indonesia and Cambodia.

He holds an MPH in Health Administration from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai. Over the course of his seven-year career, he has made significant contributions to Tata Trusts, NGO’s, charitable hospitals and to government organizations. His diverse skill set includes project management, research analysis, data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, program design, and on-the-ground program execution. He played a pivotal role in designing, launching, and managing state and district teams for project like NCD- Cancer, nutrition rehabilitation, ICDS, and palliative care programs targeting women and children. He has also collaborated with esteemed organizations such as Holy Cross, Tata Trusts, NHM, and PATH, where he provided technical assistance in areas including health, MNCHA, nutrition, ICDS, lab automation, and cancer.

He is a development professional with more than five years of experience in programme management, public health, WASH, and Maternal and child health-focused interventions. He holds a BHMS from the National Institute of Homoeopathy, WBUHS Kolkata and an MPH in Health Administration from TISS, Mumbai. He has worked with Jagran Pehel, Plan International, and MAMTA-HIMC, specializing in programme design, strategic partnerships, government engagement, capacity building, behaviour change communication, and monitoring and evaluation. He has contributed to and led initiatives such as the Dettol Hygiene Impact Bond, Diarrhoea Net Zero, Reach Each Child, Self-Care for New Moms and Kids Under 5, and DBSI, driving measurable impact through strong collaboration with government and development partners.

She is a Finance Professional with 23+ years of experience and has worked with renowned organizations in the development sector such as Helpage, PHFI, and PSI. She has expertise in Donor Management, Budgeting, Contracting, Accounts Finalisation, Facilitating audits and Statutory Compliances. She has played a vital role in developing internal controls for effective financial management. She has been part of the implementing team for various finance modules of ERP software during her tenure with previous organisations.

She has her specialization in the implementation of projects and programs in the field of Public Health. She is a dental surgeon with a Master’s degree in Public Health. With more than six years' experience in RMNCHA+ and NCD, she has contributed to many programs. Her work includes project implementation, management and health training. She has successfully conducted very effective training sessions at the community level, field staff and frontline workers.

She has a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and a Master’s degree in Public Health (Health Administration) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She has been working as a Regional Manager at Mamta HIMC for the project implementation in the nutrition and family planning verticals. Previously, she worked with NITI Aayog providing techno-managerial support to the District Administration of Guna, Madhya Pradesh in the successful implementation of the Aspirational District Program. She has extensive experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating health systems. She started her career working with the Public Health Foundation of India and later with other national-level organisations with themes centered on RMNCH+A, HIV AIDS, Gender Sex and Sexuality. She possesses expertise and core management skills in the field of maternal and child health.

He is presently working with MAMTA-HIMC as a Regional Manager. He specialises in developing data collection tools, MIS applications, Software Implementation strengthening Monitoring & Evaluation systems for projects and providing hand-holding and technical support to the team. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Application. With 13 years of experience, he had worked with UNDP under the Electronic Vaccine Intelligence Network (eVIN) project and HLFPPT’s project funded by Merck for Mother and USAID. He has worked on different levels related to Social Franchising, Communication, RMNCH+A, and HIV/AIDS.

A communication specialist with more than six years of experience in leading communication strategy, media planning, implementation, managing internet communications, operating different software, and creating SBCC/IEC for various research and non-profit organizations as well as the Government of India. He holds a postgraduate degree in New Media and Electronic Media Communication from Central University of Himachal Pradesh and has completed Film Appreciation course from Film & Television Institute of India (FTII) & Sound Capturing ad designing from Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute. He has previously worked with national and international organizations and the Government of India, including Center for Communication and Change - India (CCCI) a sister organization of Johns Hopkins University, the Directorate of Film Festivals, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Resource group for Education and Advocacy for Community Health (REACH) and others.

She has joined MAMTA-HIMC as Assistant Director - Nutrition, Research and Program. She has more than 25 years of experience in conducting community-based research projects evaluating the role of micronutrients in childhood morbidities, nutrition, growth and development of children in developing countries like India, Bangladesh and Tanzania. Previously, she had worked as a Sr. research investigator and head of the academic division at CPHK (Center for Public Health Kinetics, New Delhi). She holds a PhD degree in Nutrition from Delhi University and a post-graduate Diploma in Public Health Nutrition from PHFI. Dr Verma has presented papers at various national and international conferences and published papers/abstracts in reputed peer-reviewed journals and proceedings of international/national conferences.

She is an Anthropologist with a Ph.D. in Biological Anthropology from the University of Delhi and a national-level Research Fellowship awardee (UGC-NET-JRF). She has expertise in conducting implementation research, evidence-building, monitoring & evaluation of programs, and interventions at social, clinical, and public health interfaces in the fields of Non-Communicable diseases, and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. Currently, at Mamta she is the Assistant Director and responsible for leading and implementing projects in RMNCH+A. She has been instrumental in carrying out mobile health application-based interventions and research, nationally and in South-Asian countries such as Cambodia. Her rich experience in her field is also evident from the significant number of quality research papers she has authored and co-authored.

He is a public health professional with Masters in Public Health, Business Administration and PG in Sociology with an experience of 20+ years in the Public Health sector. He is working as an Assistant Director at MAMTA HIMC, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and providing leadership, management support, building the capacity of state & district teams of MAMTA in Uttar Pradesh, ensuring that MAMTA’s programme goals, objectives, strategic plan & policies are successfully implemented in the state and these are in line with Govt Policies & Programs. The key projects that he handles in the state are: Centre of Excellence for Adolescent Health & Development in two premium Medical Universities i.e. KGMU & IMS-BHU and Nand Ghar program with Dept. of ICDS in Uttar Pradesh, supported by Vedanta.
He participated as Core member in formulation of “State Health Policy Guidelines” in 2019- 20 in Uttar Pradesh, received award of “Rising Star” from Plan India / Global Fund in 2020, Certificate for participation in State Family Planning Guidelines in 2011 in Uttar Pradesh, training on Whole Person Process Facilitation (WPPF) from USAID in 2010 etc.

Additionally, he has experience in developing evidence-based advocacy strategies and solutions for strengthening the healthcare system.

She has more than 8 years' experience in the HR domain. As a Regional Manager in Mamta, her vital tasks are onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, training & development, other compliances, reward and recognition. She is a core HR professional, focusing on employee grievances and the healthy development of employees and holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management from IMT Ghaziabad. Her strengths are the implementation of HR systems and policies, conducting training programs towards enhancing employee productivity and building committed teams.

He is the Sr. Assistant Director at Mamta HIMC and oversees finance and compliance. He handles all audit processes with his expertise and experience of over 25 years. Sanjeev, who holds the position of Sr. Assistant Director, provides support to MAMTA in the areas of health systems and climate change. He has received training in public health, Population Studies, and Health Administration and has over a decade of experience in building competencies, process improvement for quality assurance, implementation research, and programs designed to strengthen health systems. Sanjeev has worked with various agencies such as HSTP, Access Health International, Save the Children, and CARE India throughout his professional career. He has worked in various states including Bihar, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, and Odisha.

He has a 15 years of experience in the development sector in the area of project implementation, operations management, monitoring & evaluation and quality control. In the past, he has worked closely with non-profits such as Public Health Foundation of India, HelpAge India, CSR-Teesta Urja Ltd. & Global Cancer Concern India. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Application. He has also been a part of a management development program in Project Management from IIM, Kolkata. He has additionally completed specialised training in research project implementation and data management from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, USA. Saroj has worked with renowned organizations including Population Council, XIM-B, KGMU–JHU (Saksham Study Group), The INCLEN Trust International, and PHFI. He has received numerous publications in prestigious international magazines, including as The Lancet, and has been awarded the NORAD Fellowship and SNL funding.

Saroj has a Master's degree in Population Studies and a Predoctoral degree in Future Studies and Business Administration. In addition, he holds degrees in Basics in Health Economics from the World Bank Institute and International Community Health from the University of Oslo.

She is an Deputy Director at Mamta HIMC and heads the Rajasthan state office. She has a Doctorate in Domestic Violence from the Department of Psychology, University of Rajasthan and a Master's in Social Work. She has over two decades of progressive experience working with NGOs, Government, Research and Academic Institutions on issues related to Public Health (including Nutrition, Adolescent Reproductive and Sexual Health, Maternal and Child Health and Water and Sanitation), HIV/AIDS, Women Empowerment, and Social & Media Research. In the past, she has engaged with the European Commission, UNICEF, UNFPA, CARE India, IIHMR, State AIDS Control Societies, BBC World Service Trust, Goa Institute of Management and Don Bosco College, Goa. In addition, she has conducted various large-scale surveys and research studies.

She completed her MBBS and MD in Community Medicine and currently, she is Assistant Director in Mamta HIMC for RMNCH+A Team. Over the past decade, she has worked in the fields of Immunization, NTDs, Tuberculosis, Maternal and Child Health & Nutrition, Capacity Building and Healthcare delivery. In past engagements, she has interned with Niti Ayog on Universal Health Coverage with e-health financing from IPH Bengaluru.

He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, where he was recognized as the University Topper. With more than eight years of progressively responsible experience, he has demonstrated expertise in strategic program planning, multi-sectoral project execution, public sector advocacy, stakeholder management, and social behaviour change communication (SBCC). His work spans key development domains including public health, education, WASH, and sustainable livelihoods. He has previously contributed to impactful initiatives with reputed organizations such as Tata Trusts, Sightsavers India, Evidence Action, Nutrition International, and Track My Beat Healthcare.

He is a postgraduate in Human Rights and has worked extensively with sexually marginalized communities since 2006 on SRHR, HIV prevention, care & support programs. In the past, he has worked in both urban and rural areas of the Northeastern states of India. He has also implemented mobile app-based intervention for adolescents and other marginalised communities in India, Indonesia and Cambodia.

He has more than 12 years of experience in media outreach, digital content development, and brand visibility, and has worked with non-profits and government institutions. Previously, he has managed online and offline campaigns for awareness and fundraising. Further, he has played a crucial role in building and leading the communications verticals of several non-profits at the grassroots level and for-profit social enterprises. In the past, he has also worked with Jan Sahas, Tata Trusts, Bihar Vikas Mission (Govt. of Bihar), UNESCO Chair for Community Media, University of Hyderabad, UNICEF, PUKAR and Ideosync. He has completed MA in Media & Cultural Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai, Diploma in Advertising and PR from Welinkar Institute of Management, Mumbai and Bachelors in Management Studies from Mumbai University. As Assistant Director in Mamta HIMC, he is responsible for strengthing the visibility of the organisation and overseeing the overall organisational communication, and further building new strategic partnerships.

She holds a Ph.D. & M.Phil. in Anthropology from the University of Delhi. She has worked on several government-funded research projects in collaboration with SERB, DST, DBT & UK Research Councils and has gained experience working with government hospitals such as Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, Delhi. Her area of emphasis lies in public health with a core interest in cardio-metabolic and lifestyle diseases and nutrition. Further, she has research experience in the field of reproductive health among tribal populations. She has published research articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals. At Mamta, she is responsible for developing research designs and protocols, tools and data analysis for multiple projects.

With over 13 years of experience in managing and implementing grassroots-level projects, Hemant Kumar has worked extensively across corporate, government, and non- government sectors. His expertise includes maternal and child health, adolescent health (RMNCH+), women’s empowerment, nutrition, education, and skill development. As Regional Manager at Mamta Health Institute for Mother and Child, he has led high-impact projects funded by Arogya World, Hindustan Zinc, Anil Agarwal Foundation, Vedanta Foundation, FSHRD, and HDBFS. Hemant specializes in strategic planning, implementation, Project Budgeting, stakeholder engagement, staff recruitment, training, capacity building, and monitoring to drive sustainable development. A PhD scholar, he also holds master's degrees in Social Work, Human Resource Management & IT.

She holds a Master's degree in Public Health (Hospital Administration) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management of Reproductive and Child Health Programs from Public Health Foundation of India, New Delhi, India. She is a public health manager, brings over 18 years of professional experience in the design and management of Public Health Programs, with a specific focus on Reproductive Maternal Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH), adolescent health, Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH), and HIV/AIDS. She has been working with MAMTA-HIMC as Assistant Director-Programs. Previously, she has worked with UNICEF, Government and development agencies. With UNICEF, she coordinated and managed a Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care and Support covering four north-eastern states of India.

He is an MBBS graduate with a Master of Public Health (Epidemiology and Health Systems) from the National Institute of Epidemiology (Indian Council of Medical Research), Chennai. He has more than 10 years of experience working as a public health professional with governmental and non-governmental (not-for-profit) organisations. He passionately worked as a team lead for primary health care in AB-HWC (Urban Primary Health Centre) under different domains such as Health System Strengthening; Maternal and Child Health; Infectious diseases; Non-communicable diseases; training and capacity building; research and MEL in alignment to Sustainable Development Goal 3 with special focus on needy and marginalized communities. Presently he is working as Assistant Director in MAMTA leading multiple projects by international organizations and CSR under the RMNCH+A theme. He is a continuous learner, proactive, and an excellent team leader.
