Consultant - NQAS Assessment

Job Description

MAMTA–Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA-HIMC) is looking for an experienced NQAS Assessment Consultant for a one-day assessment of a government health facility in Sonipat, Haryana, focusing specifically on the Labour Room.

Professional Fee & Travel: Professional Fee: ₹15,000/- for one day of assessment Travel Reimbursement: Up to ₹5,000/-

Key Responsibilities

1. Review applicable NQAS standards, checklists, and assessment requirements.
2. Conduct a one-day on-site NQAS assessment of the Labour Room.
3. Review relevant records, documents and evidence and interact with facility staff as required.
4. Identify key findings, gaps, strengths, and areas for improvement.
5. Complete the required NQAS assessment checklist and documentation.
6. Submit an assessment report with actionable recommendations for quality improvement.

Educational Qualifications

NQAS-certified/empanelled assessor or professional with NHSRC.

The consultant will undertake an objective and systematic assessment of the Labour Room against the latest National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) and provide actionable recommendations for quality improvement. The assessment will cover relevant NQAS domains, including:
